Campiya 退款政策

本退款政策适用于你在 campiya.com 购买的包时套餐和加油包，是《服务条款》的一部分。本中文版本仅供参考，与英文版本不一致的，以英文版本为准。
一、可以全额退款的情况
- 付款后 7 天内，这笔购买所得的积分还没有用过的，可以申请全额退款，不需要说明理由。
- 因系统原因重复扣款或多扣款的，多扣的部分不受 7 天和是否用过的限制，核实后全额退还。
二、不予退款的情况
除第一节第二条的重复扣款、多扣款外，有下列情况之一的，不予退款：
- 付款已超过 7 天的。
- 这笔购买所得的积分已经用过的，包括包时套餐每天发放的积分。
- 账户因违反《服务条款》被暂停或终止的。
本政策不限制你依照适用法律享有的退款权利。
三、怎么申请
用下单时填写的邮箱或你的账户邮箱，发邮件到 support@campiya.com，写明订单号、付款时间和金额。
四、处理时间和退款方式
我们会在收到申请后 3 个工作日内回复。同意退款的，款项原路退回你付款时使用的账户（支付宝或微信支付），到账时间以支付机构为准。退款完成后，这笔购买所得的套餐和积分同时失效。

Campiya Refund Policy
Effective date: September 27, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to plans and credit packs you buy on campiya.com and is part of our Terms of Service.
1. When you can get a full refund
- Within 7 days after payment, if you have not used any credits from that purchase, you can ask for a full refund without giving a reason.
- If a system error charges you twice or charges you too much, we will refund the extra amount in full once we confirm it, even after 7 days and even if you have used credits.
2. When we do not give refunds
Except for double or excess charges described in section 1, we do not give refunds if:
- More than 7 days have passed since payment.
- You have used any credits from that purchase, including the daily credits of a plan.
- Your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email support@campiya.com from the email address you entered when ordering, or the email address on your account, and include your order number, payment date and amount.
4. Timing and how you are refunded
We will reply within 3 business days after we receive your request. If we approve your refund, we will send the money back to the account you paid with (Alipay or WeChat Pay). How long it takes to arrive depends on the payment provider. Once the refund is complete, the plan and credits from that purchase are removed from your account.
