本隐私政策说明 Campiya LLC（下称“Campiya”或“我们”）在你使用 campiya.com 及相关服务（下称“本服务”）时，如何收集、使用和分享信息。Campiya LLC 是一家新墨西哥州有限责任公司（新墨西哥州务卿登记编号 0008131930）。本中文版本仅供参考，与英文版本不一致的，以英文版本为准。

一、我们收集的信息

你提供的信息

账户信息：你的邮箱、密码和你设置的用户名。密码只以哈希形式保存。
你自愿填写的个人资料，例如学校、专业、年级、已修课程、语言偏好、学生身份类别和选课偏好。这些栏目都是选填，你可以随时修改或清空。
内容：你提出的问题、你与本服务的对话，以及你发给我们的反馈。
你发给我们的邮件等消息。
付款信息：付款由第三方支付机构处理。我们会收到付款结果和你购买的方案等有限信息，但不会收到或保存你完整的银行卡号或钱包账号。

自动收集的信息

设备和使用信息，例如 IP 地址、浏览器类型、设备类型、访问的页面，以及请求的日期和时间。我们用这些信息运行本服务、防止滥用和排查问题。

三、AI 处理

为了回答你的问题，我们会把问题内容、对话中的相关部分以及相关的个人资料，发送给代表我们处理数据的第三方 AI 模型服务商，由其生成回答。请不要在问题中填写证件号码、金融账户号码、健康信息等敏感个人信息。

四、我们如何分享信息

我们不出售你的个人信息，也不为跨情境行为广告分享你的个人信息。我们只在以下情况下分享信息：

服务商：为我们提供托管、存储、安全或数据处理服务的机构，例如云服务、数据库与登录验证、AI 模型、安全、邮件和支付服务商。他们只能为向我们提供服务而使用这些信息。
法律与安全：我们善意地认为法律或法律程序要求披露，或者为保护 Campiya、用户或他人的权利、财产或安全而有必要披露时。
业务转让：发生合并、收购、融资或出售全部或部分业务时，但须遵守本隐私政策。
经你同意或按你的指示。

我们也可能分享经过汇总或去标识化、无法合理识别到你的信息。

五、保存期限

在你的账户有效期间，或在提供本服务所需的期间内，我们会保存你的个人信息。你删除对话或要求删除账户后，我们会在合理期限内删除相关信息或作去标识化处理，但为遵守法律、解决争议、防止滥用或执行协议而需要保留的除外。备份中的副本按正常备份周期删除。

六、你的选择和权利

你可以在本服务中查看和修改个人资料，也可以删除单条对话。
你可以用账户邮箱发邮件到 support@campiya.com，要求查阅、更正或删除你的个人信息，或者删除账户。
根据你所在地的法律，你可能还享有其他权利。我们会按适用法律的要求回应，不会因为你行使权利而区别对待你。

七、安全

我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护个人信息，例如传输加密和访问控制。但任何传输或存储方式都无法做到绝对安全，我们不能保证绝对安全。

八、境外用户

Campiya 位于美国。我们的服务商可能在美国和其他国家处理信息。使用本服务即表示你了解，你的信息可能在数据保护法律与你所在国家不同的国家被处理。

九、儿童

本服务不面向 13 岁以下的儿童，我们不会在知情的情况下收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。如果你认为有 13 岁以下的儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会删除。

十、政策更新

Campiya Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Campiya LLC ("Campiya", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use campiya.com and related services (the "Service"). Campiya LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company (New Mexico Secretary of State business ID 0008131930).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Account information: your email address, password and the display name you choose. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
Profile information you choose to add, such as your school, major, year, completed courses, language preferences, student status and course preferences. These fields are optional, and you can change or clear them at any time.
Content: the questions you ask, your conversations with the Service and the feedback you send us.
Messages you send us, for example by email.
Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of your payment and limited details such as the plan you bought, but we do not receive or store your full card or wallet account number.

Information collected automatically

Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of requests. We use it to operate the Service, prevent abuse and fix problems.
Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to protect the Service, and we store some settings in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Security checks: we use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs. Cloudflare may collect device and browser information for this purpose.

2. How we use information

To provide, maintain and personalize the Service, including answering your questions based on your profile
To create and protect your account
To prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service
To understand how the Service is used and improve it
To process payments and manage credits and plans
To communicate with you about the Service, including service and security notices
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

3. AI processing

To answer your questions, we send the content of your question, relevant parts of your conversation and relevant profile information to third-party AI model providers, which process it on our behalf and return a response. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers or health information, in your questions.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as follows:

Service providers that host, store, secure or process information for us, such as cloud hosting, database and authentication, AI model, security, email and payment providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
Legal and safety reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Campiya, our users or others.
Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
With your consent or at your direction.

We may also share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete a conversation or ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify the related information within a reasonable period, unless we need to keep it to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or enforce our agreements. Copies in backups are deleted on the normal backup cycle.

6. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your profile and delete individual conversations in the Service.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to delete your account, by emailing support@campiya.com from the email address on your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International users

Campiya is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your country.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on the Service and update the effective date, and where appropriate we will also notify you by email.
